This is the game module's participation notice. The website operator must review and publish its own applicable terms, support, privacy and refund policies before launch. This page is not a legal approval.

Your signup belongs to you

Use your existing website account, or create one through the website. Every participant personally accepts the event or team signup. A captain cannot accept on another person's behalf. An organization invitation does not replace verified organization access. Event signup is not marketing consent.

Group tickets

For a $5 event game, solo entry is $5, a duo is $8 total and a trio is $10 total. In a free event game, all entries are free. Discounts are not silently applied to $1 or $10 games. The captain is the payer for a paid group and must approve the exact total once everyone accepts. No recurring purchase or automatic re-entry occurs.

Seats and timing

A forming team holds no seats. It closes after 24 hours or at the event registration deadline, whichever is sooner. A completed free team receives all its seats together or none. A completed paid team receives a temporary whole-group seat hold; only a verified billing confirmation admits its members. Late or ineligible captures request a full refund, not late entry.

Leaving before play starts

Any teammate may withdraw while the game is in the lobby. That cancels the whole group, releases all of its seats and, when payment was captured, requests the complete group refund to the original payer. No partial split refunds, silent additional charges or automatic member substitutions are implemented. An operator's pre-game removal of one member has the same whole-group effect.

Once the game starts

The roster is frozen. Closing a browser does not remove a card's eligibility. The ordinary self-service flow cannot withdraw a running entry. The operator may cancel the whole game with a reason, prompting applicable full-refund requests. Your website's billing service handles actual refunds, disputes and any additional applicable rights.

Individual winners, shared celebration

Every player has one card. The server recognizes all cards first completing a line on the same draw. A teammate's win does not make every team member an additional winner. No cash prizes, payouts, pooled winnings or competitive team leaderboard are supplied.

Privacy and invitations

Your alias is visible to your team and, after admission, the game's roster. Other players cannot see your card. Organizers receive aggregate participation counts, not employee performance scores or email lists. Share invitations only with intended people. Do not forward company-private links publicly.
